1. Registration

An official event tag will be required for access to the Event.

4. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times.
Disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event.

5. Photography & Media

The Event will be photographed and/or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or likeness in promotional materials, media coverage, or future publicity by the organizers.
If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform the registration desk upon arrival and ensure you retain a copy of your request.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

The personal data provided during registration will be used solely for organizing and managing the Event.
You may be contacted with relevant updates about this Event or similar future events.
Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Liability

The organizers accept no responsibility for personal belongings lost or damaged during the Event.
Attendance is at your own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or as a result of the Event.
